Can I make an order as a one-off private client?
Yes, everyone is welcome! We have a range of clients from one-off private clients, to monthly regular orders from estate agents and bespoke large projects. No project is too large or small.

How do I place an order?
It’s simple to place orders.  Give us a call, send us an email, send us a message on the ‘Chat to us’ section on the website or sign up as a user to our bespoke portal ‘CP Central’ to keep track of all your orders in one place. The portal allows you to book, view orders, products and invoices, pay invoices and download products. Please follow the link to sign up https://www.cp-central.co.uk/account/SignUp?Brd=1

How can I find your price list?
Get in contact with us and we can tailor our prices to best suit your requirements and project size. We can send you a PDF price list to you via email once we understand your project.

What area do you cover?
The majority of our jobs are located in London and Greater London however we are eager to travel further afield so please do get in contact to discuss jobs out of this area.

What is your turn around time?
We pride ourselves on getting your Photo and Floor plan instructions back to you within 24 working hours of the visit date. Larger projects may take longer but we will always work within your time frame.

How do I go about paying my invoice?
For one-off orders we require payment before sending out products. Your invoice will be emailed to you after the visit and available for you to view on the portal. Payment can be made by calling us, paying via bank transfer or following the link on your invoice.

For regular orders your account will be reviewed and if suitable you will be put onto a credit account and invoiced monthly. Your invoice will be available for you to view on the portal and payment can be made by calling us, paying via bank transfer or following the link on your invoice.

Are there specific clients who can use the portal?
All our clients will be set up an account to use the portal. Photo orders will be uploaded to the portal for you to view and download. Other products are emailed to the client so no need to access the portal to download your products however you have the freedom to view your orders, invoices, and place future orders via the portal should you wish.

How do I cancel an order?
Should you wish to cancel your order; we would need at least 4 working hours’ notice of the agreed visit time to avoid incurring a cancellation charge. Give us a call as soon as you are aware that your order needs cancelling.

Can I amend an order once placed?
This would depend on the amendment, please do get in contact and we will do all we can to cater to your request.

Do you photograph things other than properties?
Yes. Whilst we specialise in property photography, we have the skills and equipment to photograph different subject matter. We have been known to extend our focus to many other subjects such as; portraits, local area shoots, cars and animals. Please do get in contact if you have specific requirements.

Do you edit the photos you take?
All our photos go through a thorough in-house editing process before being uploaded to the portal for you to view and download. If there are further edits you require please do just let us know.

Can you edit photos I have had photographed elsewhere?
Yes, our specialist photo editing team can help with any editing requirements you may have, just get in contact.

How do you gain access to my property?
There are several ways for us to gain access and we will work around your requirements. A few common ways to gain access are picking keys up from a specific location of your request, meeting you at the property to gain access or meeting your estate agent/solicitor at the property.

How long do photography appointments take?
This will vary on the product however a standard photos and floor plan appointment can take anywhere from 45 minutes - 2 hours depending on the size of the property. You will be given a more specific time when ordering the products.

What can I do to prepare my property?
It is always a great idea to try and prep your property before a photo shoot. Please see our ‘Guide to preparing your home’ which has handy tips on how to make your property stand out from the rest.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Definitely. We like to reward our clients for making bulk orders so all our prices are specifically calculated per client and will be reviewed on the amount of orders placed.
