Commercial Energy Performance Certificates determine how energy efficient a commercial building is and what improvements could be made. Buildings are rated on a scale from A - G, with A being the most efficient.
SAP Report
All new dwellings, or dwellings created by conversion or change of use are required to have SAP calculations carried out. An "On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor" will then produce an EPC outlining the energy efficiency of that build. The assessor will require architects floorplans and elevations, as well as detailed information about the construction.
